TERMS OF SALE:
Group rate for maximum 18 persons (2 hour tour):

Dutch: €80 including €10 reservation fee.
Other languages: €100 including €15 reservation fee. -
No cancellation of the reservation fee possible.

€35 per additional hour started for a Dutch-language tour,
€40 for a non-Dutch-language tour.
Rates for guided tours from January 1, 2026:
€120 including €20 reservation fee.
€50 per additional hour started .
In case of cancellation : the guide and the organistion (htg.boekingen@gmail.com) must be informed by mail

At least 14 calendar days before the guided tour, the full amount minus the reservation fee will be paid back.

Cancellation within a period of less than 14 calendar days before the guided tour, the guide and the organisation must be informed by mail. In that case 50 percent of the guide’s fee will be paid by you as well as the reservation fee.

In case of no-show on the day of the tour, the total amount will be charged.

Complaints:
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 calendar days after the guided tour to htg.boekingen@gmail.com
In case of disputes, only the Court of the Hasselt district has jurisdiction
